As a Class C driver assigned to drive a BOM truck, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in waste collection, while working in a stimulating environment.###

** Your main responsibilities:
*** Driving a heavy goods vehicle with a garbage truck, while respecting the Highway Code and safety instructions.
* Monitoring of the collection route and implementation of safe stops for refuse collectors.
* Monitoring the proper functioning of the compaction system and verifying the conformity of the collection.
* Ensure the safety of employees during maneuvers and communicate effectively to streamline collection.
* Perform daily vehicle checks and report any anomalies.
* Apply safety regulations and ensure a healthy and safe working environment for all.###

* Your profile:

*** Valid category C driving licence + up-to-date
** OACP** (driver card) with proven experience in HGV driving, ideally on BOM or special vehicles.
* Good driving skills in urban areas and knowledge of how a BOM truck works.
* Good knowledge of the Lausanne region and the canton of Vaud in general.
* Ability to manage a route efficiently and to maneuver in confined spaces.
* Sense of responsibility, team spirit, punctuality and courtesy towards users.
* Availability to work irregular hours, early mornings, and sometimes on Saturdays.###
