Accounting Analyst QC

Become an integral part of Couche-Tard/Circle K as an Accounting Analyst focused on reconciliations in Laval, QC. This full-time, temporary position is ideally suited for individuals with strong analytical and Excel skills.

You will be an essential member of the operational accounting team under the guidance of the payment methods reconciliation supervisor. The role involves reconciling payment-related general ledger accounts, handling payment discrepancies, and collaborating on process improvements. Strong attention to detail and initiative are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile the general ledger for payment methods

• Record entries for payment surplus and shortfalls

• Handle records for bank deposits and fees

• Engage in continuous process improvement

• Provide support to both accounting and store operations teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• Minimum one year of relevant experience

• Good knowledge of Excel and file management

• Bilingual in French and English

• Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities
