We are a fast‑growing, privately held real‑estate investment firm. As Controller, you will lead our financial operations, support growth, and contribute to business strategy.

• Oversee all financial operations, including financial statement preparation and consolidation of 10 entities.
• Prepare budgets and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures.
• Prepare and review internal financial reports; coordinate with external accountants for year‑end filings.
• Maintain effective communication with external partners and stakeholders.
• Stay current with evolving accounting standards and best practices.
• Support, mentor, and grow a small accounting team (bookkeepers and clerks).

• CPA designation (required).
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial operations.
• Proficiency in accounting software;
  Caseware experience is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, autonomous, and resourceful.
• Strong communication and team‑leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
