Accounting Technician

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounting Technician actively collaborates on accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as invoicing.

• Invoicing and accounts receivable: prepare invoices in accordance with contracts, track payments and accounts receivable.
• Accounts payable: verify supplier invoices, ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, enter data into the accounting system, and make payments.
• Month‑end procedures: government reports, bank reconciliations, account analysis, and assistance with the preparation of month‑end financial statements.
• Year‑end procedures: assist in preparing files for auditors.

All internal meetings at Croesus are conducted in French, so a strong proficiency in French is mandatory.

• Technical diploma or vocational training certificate in accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of Netsuite is considered an asset.
• Attention to detail, structured approach, and analytical mindset.
• Teamwork skills.
• Bilingualism (French and English).
