As the Chief Accounting Officer, reporting to the CFO, you will manage worldwide accounting across a multi-entity landscape. Your leadership will drive transformative initiatives, improve processes, and bolster internal controls as Atoms scales operations and prepares for IPO readiness. You’re not just managing finances; you’re building a robust financial foundation for a future-driven company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct worldwide accounting organization for multiple entities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes

• Implement accounting transformation and process automation

• Strengthen internal governance and reporting frameworks

• Serve as an advisor to CFO and executive leadership

Requirements:

• 15+ years in progressive accounting leadership

• CPA with Big Four experience required

• Proven success in scaling high-growth environments

• Previous experience in IPO readiness and SOX compliance

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
