Lendistry Accounting Department Leadership

Lendistry is looking for a decisive VP Assistant Controller to lead our Accounting Department. Drive the monthly close cycle and ensure financial compliance effectively.

In this leadership role, you will oversee the entire accounting operations r core responsibilities include preparing monthly financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the annual audit process. You will also play a key role in implementing Net Suite and guiding the finance team through complex variances and analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate general ledgers and financial records

• Oversee the monthly close process and related activities

• Prepare comprehensive internal accounting reports

• Deliver timely financial reporting to external parties

• Lead the development and training of accounting staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• CPA or MBA preferred

• At least 10 years of relevant experience

• Proven experience in the Banking/Financial Services sector

• Familiarity with Net Suite and advanced Excel
