Senior Accountant at Equivant

Equivant is looking for a Senior Accountant to take charge of daily finance operations. You will lead general ledger activities, manage accounts receivable and payable, and ensure proper tax compliance. Your skills will also support effective business decision-making and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor one direct report in daily functions

• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and tax processing

• Maintain and reconcile financial records for accuracy

• Prepare and file sales tax returns on schedule

• Process vendor payments and manage strong vendor relationships

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in financial management or accounting

• Proficient in Great Plains and Quick Books Online

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple financial processes with precision
