Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist

BPA is creating a new Accounts Receivable Specialist position to centralize follow-up across Canadian offices. You will own a portfolio, understand each file, and identify reasons behind non-payment. The position combines client communication, reconciliation, reporting, and coordination with project managers and billing teams.

• Follow up daily on client accounts and unpaid invoices
• Confirm invoice receipt with French and English clients
• Investigate non-payment reasons and invoice disputes
• Coordinate resolutions with project managers and billing teams
• Document follow-ups and produce accounts receivable reports

• Experience in accounts receivable
• DEC in accounting or business administration
• Bilingual French and English, spoken and written
• Excel proficiency with large volumes of data
• Strong organization, autonomy, curiosity, and priority management
