The Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Administrator supports accurate financial records for an established industrial organization. The position emphasizes customer accounts, supplier invoices, general accounting, and discrepancy resolution. Collaboration spans Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Operations.

• Prepare customer invoices, credit notes, and account statements
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue balances
• Apply payments and investigate deductions, short payments, and discrepancies
• Maintain customer information and organized collection records
• Resolve billing and payment issues with internal departments

• At least three years of progressive accounting experience
• Hands-on accounts receivable and accounts payable experience
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• ERP experience and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
