Jusval Transport is currently looking for a part-time administrative assistant
Your tasks:
- payroll
- send invoices to clients
- ensure the follow-up of accounts receivable
- prepare monthly statements of account for clients and send them to clients
- prepare deposits
- take phone calls
- data entry
- must be familiar with acomba software
