Position: Assistant, Sales\Assistant(e) aux Ventes

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

  • Vérification d’inventaire dans D365
  • Création de commandes/de soumissions à partir des documents des représentants internes des ventes
  • Saisie des plaintes clients dans D365
  • Ouverture de nouveaux comptes
  • Apporter des modifications aux dossiers clients ou tout autre changement connexe
  • Produire tout rapport (Word ou Excel) pour le département des ventes
  • Préparation de toute la documentation douanière ainsi que toute autre tâche connexe (si applicable)
  • Toute autres tâches inhérente en administration des ventes
  • Inventory verification in D365
  • Create orders/Quotes from Inside Sales Representatives paperwork
  • Enter Customer Complaints in D365
  • Open new accounts
  • Do any changes in customer files or any related changes
  • Perform any report (Word or Excel) for the Sales Department
  • Preparation of all customs paperwork along with any other related tasks (if applicable)
  • Any other tasks in the Sales Administration deemed necessary
  • QUALIFICATIONS / LES QUALIFICATIONS

  • DES ou DEC en Administration des Affaires ou expérience pertinente
  • 3 ans d’expérience dans un domaine connexe
  • Bilingue (Français et Anglais)
  • Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft (Word & Excel)
  • Bon communicateur
  • Sens de l’organisation
  • Connaissance de Microsoft D365 un atout
  • High School or College diploma in Business Administration or relevant experience
  • 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft D365 an asset
  • SAMSA
