As an Administrative Assistant for the SMART Program, you will coordinate meetings, manage client interactions, and ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries
• Distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Organize meetings and appointments effectively
• Prepare documentation, including reports and memos
• Manage client and personnel filing systems securely
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in office administration or related field
• Proficiency in Windows OS and MS Office Suite
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience with scheduling software is an asset
• Criminal Records Check required
