Coordonnez les commandes et les expéditions à Laval grâce à votre maîtrise d’Accpac et votre anglais expert. Ce poste permanent soutient les opérations administratives.
Comme coordonnateur
· trice logistique, vous traitez les commandes, saisissez les données dans Accpac et coordonnez les documents avec la production et les transporteurs. Vous soutenez des expéditions maritimes, aériennes et terrestres dans la division administration des affaires. Votre rigueur contribue au suivi des transactions, des stocks, des échéanciers et des livraisons.
- Prendre et confirmer administrativement les commandes
- Consulter et mettre à jour Accpac
- Valider les quantités et les prix
- Mettre à jour le calendrier de production
- Préparer les documents d’expédition multimodale
- Anglais expert pour les communications hors Québec
- Expérience en soutien administratif ou coordination de bureau
- Connaissance de base de la logistique de transport
- DEP ou DEC en administration ou secrétariat
- Autonomie et proactivité à Laval
