Responsibilities
Participate in the development, implementation and execution of business system strategies.Create, develop, implement and use application test scripts.Perform and document the application tests according to the results.Assist the development team in recreating anomalies encountered by customers and during testing.Follow up with the development team to ensure that the anomalies found are corrected.Assist the team to document the requirements for any changes or new features.Perform level 2 customer support.Responsible for some configuration of the ERP system.Responsible to follow and promote the SDLC of the ERP development team.Collaborate effectively with all team member as well as other team.Document the different user and administrative features.Other duties as required.Requirements
DEC in computer science, logistics or administration;
Business or equivalent work experience acceptable.3 years of experience in Quality Assurance.Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.Must speak fluently and read/write in both English and French.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Solid organizational and time management skills including attention to details.A good understanding of Sales/Distribution in a B2B environment is important.Experience with SX/TWL an asset.Benefits & Perks
