Lead turnkey project development at Trane Technologies, coordinating commercial and technical work streams from opportunity assessment through pre-implementation planning. Work onsite Monday through Thursday, with flexible location Fridays.
As a Turnkey Project Developer, you will define project scope, budgets, schedules, and resources while coordinating sales, engineering, procurement, legal, finance, operations, and service. The work supports proposals and well-defined projects aligned with customer expectations, standards, and development objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and develop turnkey project opportunities
- Define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional commercial and technical activities
- Develop proposals, estimates, schedules, and risk assessments
- Manage stakeholders and pre-implementation planning
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Several years of project development or related experience
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects
- Understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and risk
- Strong communication and project management software skills
