In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of store development projects across Canada. You will collaborate with franchisees and contractors to facilitate smooth project delivery, ensuring all milestones are met efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage restaurant construction projects from start to finish
• Lead teams and communicate project requirements
• Coordinate leasing and scope of work with real estate
• Analyze and evaluate project budgets based on historical data
• Direct contractor and consultant management processes
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years in project management
• Preferably experienced in commercial hospitality
• Advanced knowledge of MS365 and Sketch Up
• Excellent negotiation and organizational capabilities
• Bilingual, with strong communication skills
