Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee construction management tasks on-site
• Communicate with union representatives and stakeholders
• Prepare detailed schedules and resource forecasts

• Conduct site meetings to maintain communication
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of Heavy Civil construction experience
• Knowledgeable about union practices and agreements
• Degree/diploma in construction management required
• Skilled in project management software
• Must possess an Ontario “G” Driver’s License
