ACCIONA is looking for a Bull Crew Coordinator to lead efforts in maintaining clean and safe construction environments. In this role, you will coordinate labor activities, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and prepare sites for construction. Strong teamwork and organizational skills will be essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of all construction sites
• Coordinate labor effectively among various locations
• Verify laborers operate tools safely and follow protocols
• Address emergencies and maintain continuity of operations
• Assist with documentation and promote a positive team culture
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
• 3-5 years of related construction experience
• Knowledge of construction processes and safety standards
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
• Valid Ontario G or G2 driving license
