As an integral part of our Buildings group, you will report to the Building Director, contributing to projects like schools and airports. With a minimum of ten years in the field, you will use your estimation skills and knowledge of software to deliver precise cost analyses. This position ensures you play a key role in elevating the quality of community designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide estimates for large-scale construction projects

• Clearly interpret construction plans and specifications

• Employ advanced construction estimation software

• Handle multiple projects with rigorous organization

• Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience

• Proficient with construction estimation software

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of Uniformat and customer estimation forms

• Bilingual communication skills preferred
