Lead Construction Supervisor - Data Centers

Valard Construction seeks a Lead Construction Supervisor to oversee data center projects on-site across Canada. Ensure safety, quality, and project compliance in all construction activities.

As a pivotal member of our team, you will report directly to the Construction Manager and lead crews across various construction disciplines. Utilize your proven experience in managing project timelines, subcontractors, and adhering to budget constraints. There will be a strong focus on mentoring crews and maintaining rigorous safety practices while implementing change management systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily construction activities in compliance with specifications

• Develop project construction timelines with the Project Manager

• Supervise subcontractors and track productivity

• Foster a culture of safety and quality among job-site crews

• Maintain accurate daily work plans and reports

Requirements:

• Journeyperson Electrician designation or similar

• 5+ years of construction experience required

• Proven background in data center construction

• Understanding of safety regulations and cost control measures

• Valid driver's license with acceptable record
