Position: Experienced Construction Superintendent Role
Drive modular construction excellence in Canada as a Construction Superintendent. Ensure projects meet safety, timeline, and budget objectives while leading construction activities on-site.

We are in search of a knowledgeable Construction Superintendent responsible for overseeing modular building installations. This role emphasizes strong leadership, coordination with subcontractors, and adherence to safety regulations. You will play a vital role in planning and executing project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities

• Collaborate with Project Managers on construction costs and timelines

• Ensure work adheres to specifications and safety standards

• Maintain accurate documentation of project progress

• Identify and resolve construction site issues proactively

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of supervisory construction experience

• Minimum of 10 years in the field

• Familiarity with Modular/Pre-Eng buildings advantageous

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Effective problem-solving and teamwork capabilities
