Ledcor is seeking a skilled HS&E Advisor with over 3 years of experience in construction or telecommunications. Your expertise will guide field supervisors in safety compliance and training new employees on HS&E protocols. By developing and implementing safety procedures, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a secure work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough inspections and resolve safety issues
• Provide HS&E training and orientation for new hires
• Collaborate on safety procedure development and revisions
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions
Requirements:
• 3+ years in construction or telecommunications safety
• Valid provincial driver’s license and abstract required
• Certificate in occupational health and safety preferred
• Strong technical knowledge in construction practices
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
