As a Senior Specialist, you will handle construction projects' entire lifecycle, ensuring they meet budget and timeline requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct construction projects to completion

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines

• Coordinate efforts among diverse teams like EH&S and IT

• Assess and address project risks proactively

• Implement improvements to project delivery processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience

• Preferred certifications: PMP or CCM

• Strong vendor and contractor management skills

• Proven budgeting and cost control experience

• Knowledge of lab environments and systems
