The Mechanical ICI team at Black & McDonald is expanding and seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager. This role calls for a degree or diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, or Mechanical Engineering, along with 2-5 years of experience in Mechanical ICI construction. You will take charge of project execution, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects ensuring optimal cost, safety, and quality

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors

• Develop, prepare, and manage construction schedules

• Monitor project progress and control budgets

• Prepare and negotiate project contracts and estimates

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in relevant field

• 2-5+ years of Project Management in Mechanical ICI

• Experience with Procore and MS Office Suite

• Knowledge of transit-related projects considered beneficial

• Excellent organizational and strategic management skills
