Position: Field-Based Data Center Supervisor
Become a Field-Based Data Center Supervisor with Valard Construction, ensuring project excellence at various Canadian locations. Prioritize safety and efficiency in construction operations.

This role as a Construction Supervisor entails oversight of daily activities on data center projects, including civil, electrical, and mechanical scopes. Reporting to the Construction Manager, your expertise will guide the execution of project timelines, management of subcontractors, and embedding of quality standards throughout the construction process. Empower teams to uphold safety and quality while maintaining rigorous project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with project safety, budget, and quality standards

• Collaborate with Project Manager on resource utilization

• Oversee subcontractor management and project schedules

• Train job-site crews in safety and quality practices

• Conduct audits and equipment reviews as needed

Requirements:

• Journeyperson Electrician or equivalent qualification

• 5 years of relevant construction experience

• Familiarity with data center construction requirements

• Solid understanding of safety and project management

• Driver's license with a clean record required
