    We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our call center team located in Laval
    , Quebec. As a call center agent specialized in purchasing
    , you'll play an essential role in buying vehicles for our various branches and assisting in our day-to-day operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for people with a passion for the automotive industry and who enjoy providing exceptional customer service.

    What you’re responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls related to the purchase of used vehicles
  • Understanding the specific needs of our customers and offering personalized solutions
  • Highlighting our unique business model and sustainability benefits
  • Negotiating and concluding the purchase of cars, keeping in mind purchasing objectives and customer satisfaction
  • Following up on pending customer requests related to sales and purchase
  • Qualifications

    To join our team:

  • You are bilingual in French and English(required)
  • You have previous call center experience (1 year)
  • You have excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • You have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • You have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
