Want to be part of a dynamic team and play a key role in customer service?
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent (Claims) to act as the first point of contact for insurance claims for our client, an independent store operator.
Work location:
Laval
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., on-site
Salary: $48K and insurance after the probation period
Your role
Assist operators and customers with claims (bodily injury, property damage, vehicle fleet)
Coordinate and follow up on claims files
Communicate with insurers, claims adjusters, and internal teams
Answer calls and emails and handle complaints related to claims
Provide administrative support to the Insurance and Claims department
Join us and help provide a quality customer experience, even in the most delicate situations.
College diploma in secretarial studies or administration
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (telephone)
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Organized, independent, diplomatic, and customer service-oriented
Experience in insurance or claims management (an asset)
