This position focuses on providing logistical support and supervision for various community events. You will engage with the public as a customer service ambassador while coordinating staff and event preparations. The role requires collaboration for wellness activities and maintenance of event programming details as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer outstanding customer service at events
• Plan and evaluate all community non-athletic activities
• Schedule and oversee staff to meet event demands
• Assist with civic and recreational event execution
• Maintain necessary programming and operational information
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field
• Strong computer skills; familiarity with Perfect Mind preferred
• First Aid and CPR certification beneficial
• Thorough understanding of event operations and customer service
• Satisfactory Driver’s Abstract and criminal record checks
