Your role will involve selling lottery products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a part-time representative, you'll engage with patrons daily, selling and redeeming tickets efficiently while managing cash operations accurately. Keeping the gaming area clean and organized is vital, while responding to customer inquiries about bingo and promotions forms a big part of your responsibilities. Team collaboration and communication will enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell and redeem lottery and bingo game tickets
• Maintain cash float and balance at shift's conclusion
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the sales area
• Answer customer questions about promotions and services
• Address safety concerns by informing management
Requirements:
• AGCO license is mandatory
• Strong cash handling and customer service abilities
• Availability for various shifts and collaborative work
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions
• Openness to additional duties as directed
