Key Responsibilities:
• Own and enhance the customer service experience
• Execute administrative functions for service centres
• Liaise with insurance partners for optimal service
• Clean and maintain vehicles, assisting with minor repairs
• Shuttle vehicles between repair sites
Requirements:
• Experience in retail, tourism, or hospitality settings
• A valid Class 5 driver’s license is necessary
• Willingness to work across various locations
• On-the-job training will be provided
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers
