Join the City of Laval's Citizen Relations Division as a 311 Service Agent focused on enhancing the citizen experience. This role involves direct engagement with residents to process and manage inquiries effectively.
As a 311 Service Agent, you'll be pivotal in the Citizen Experience Service team at Laval, addressing concerns and requests from citizens through multiple communication channels. You will analyze information requests and ensure they are appropriately tracked and resolved, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process citizen information requests and inquiries promptly
• Follow up with citizens regarding their issues and feedback
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure resolutions
• Utilize both phone and in-person interactions to assist citizens
• Maintain an open and welcoming approach to diverse inquiries
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service
• Fluent in French, both spoken and written
• Comfortable communicating in English
• Strong stress resilience and interpersonal skills
