Customer Experience Associate Terrebonne

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with TD’s operating procedures, industry regulations, and Code of Conduct.
• Understand and determine customer needs, recommending appropriate banking solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard issues as necessary.
• Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and promptly.
• Build personal connections with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes.
• Support a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in performance development.
• Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone informed about the status of routine activities.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where opportunities exist.

• High school diploma and/or 1+ year(s) of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment.
• Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet use.
• A proactive, detail‑oriented approach capable of handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Dynamic communicator skilled in building relationships verbally and in writing with diverse customers.
