We are looking for a Customer Service and Logistics Representative for a full‑time position with a high possibility of extension or permanence. You will join the team of our client, a global leader in cement distribution.
Benefits- Competitive Salary: $22 to $25 per hour.
- Schedule:
Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. - Work Environment: 100% on site in Laval to promote integration and teamwork.
- Job Security:
Contract from September to December with a strong possibility of extension or permanent hire. - Social Benefits:
Eligible after just one week of work.
- Taking and processing orders for pickup and delivery.
- Constantly communicating with carriers to provide real‑time order tracking to customers.
- Handling daily calls and maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external clients.
- Promptly addressing customer and carrier complaints, including escalation when needed.
- Monitoring carrier performance to identify optimization opportunities.
- Updating files and information in SAP software.
- Collaborating with sales, logistics, carrier teams, and clients.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with SAP software.
- Bilingualism (French‑English) is essential as you will be responsible for clients outside of Quebec.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a high degree of autonomy.
- A strong sense of time management and the ability to work effectively in a team.
