Community Relations Officer

Position: Housing Community Relations Officer
Serve as the primary liaison in tenant relations for George Gordon First Nation's housing department. Engage with community members to address concerns and enhance housing conditions throughout the community.

George Gordon First Nation is seeking a Housing Community Relations Officer to manage tenant relations effectively. This role involves direct interaction with tenants, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. You will also coordinate housing moves, oversee general office duties, and support compliance with housing policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and determine their inquiries

• Resolve tenant concerns and maintain detailed records

• Manage housing data entry and database systems

• Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs

• Implement GGFN housing policies effectively

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills in office setting

• Experience in tenant relations and client counseling
