At EMCO Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier customer service. Your responsibilities will encompass answering inquiries, generating sales leads, and managing orders for our Profit Centres. With a dedication to innovation, you will also support the Outside Sales team while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout your interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• Research and recommend suitable products for customers
• Process sales orders and follow up on deliveries
• Manage customer relationships to retain and grow the client base
• Document and resolve customer order issues as needed
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year in customer service or counter sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
