This role involves managing inquiries, guiding clients through our offerings, and ensuring exceptional service from start to finish. You will provide tours, maintain important records, and contribute to a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet pets and owners with warmth and enthusiasm
• Manage phone calls and customer communications effectively
• Conduct tours to showcase our range of services
• Keep vaccination records organized and accurate
• Oversee check-in and check-out procedures with care
Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service or retail roles
• Strong communication skills across various platforms
• Capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent needed
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
