Position: Customer-Focused Valet Role
Shape customer experiences as a Valet with Dilawri Group at Audi Queensway. This role emphasizes vehicle management while ensuring high standards of customer service and environment.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for service customers, responsible for greeting them promptly and managing the service drive-thru. Your commitment to maintaining a clean work area and your ability to drive multiple vehicle types will contribute to a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome inbound service customers and assist promptly

• Ensure vehicles flow smoothly through the service drive-thru

• Maintain a clean and professional customer lounge

• Park customer vehicles in assigned spaces safely

• Guide customers to service advisors as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of driving experience with a valid Ontario Driver’s License

• Ability to drive trucks, vans, and standard vehicles

• Excellent time management skills

• Team-oriented mindset focused on shared goals

• High standards of professionalism and customer service
