Groupe Marketing International is seeking dynamic individuals for the position of Technical Support Agent.

• You are the point of contact for allquestions and technical problems concerning the use of electric charging stations for electric vehicles.
• Assist customers with payment at the charging station or on the App
• Accompany customers in using the Electric Charging Station App.
• Maintain a broad knowledge of the App and charging stations
• Demonstrate empathy Clarify customer requirements; use decision support tools and resources to resolve non-standard customer issues requiring clarification or further thought.
• Deliver an expert customer experience... with a smile

• College degree completed or specialized in pertinent field
• Minimum 2 yearsof experience in a similar position and/or customer service and/or Call center
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Comfortable with computer tools (particularly Microsoft Office);
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills;
• Professionalism, diplomacy, and courtesy.

Full time, Permanent, 37.5hours/week
