Répondez aux clients en français et en anglais comme représentant au service à la clientèle en ligne, dans un poste 100% présentiel à Laval. Utilisez téléphone, courriel, clavardage et réseaux sociaux quotidiennement.
Adecco recrute pour son client un représentant permanent au service à la clientèle. Vous soutiendrez les commandes en ligne et offrirez un service avant et après-vente. Le poste demande une expérience pertinente, une bonne maîtrise informatique et Microsoft Office.
Responsabilités clés:- Répondre aux clients par téléphone, courriel, clavardage et réseaux sociaux
- Offrir un service avant et après-vente
- Soutenir les commandes en ligne et accueillir les clients
- Traiter, valider et suivre les commandes
- Gérer retours, ajustements, factures et demandes d’information
- Expérience pertinente en service à la clientèle en ligne
- Maîtrise obligatoire du français et de l’anglais
- Habileté avec l’informatique et Microsoft Office
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
- Capacité à respecter des échéances serrées
Votre bilinguisme, votre sens du service et votre aisance numérique soutiendront les clients d’Adecco à Laval.
