Join the award-winning team at LPA as we look for a Lead Interior Designer in our Education Studio. You will utilize your 10+ years of interior architecture experience to direct design ideation and engage with clients and stakeholders from the earliest project stages. Your passion for developing high-performance design solutions will help shape learning environments that foster 21st-century skills in students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on design concepts with clients and internal teams
• Lead integrated design processes across disciplines
• Present project deliverables to clients for approval
• Facilitate design meetings and workshops
• Contribute to firmwide collaborative initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or related field
• Extensive experience in architectural and/or interior design
• Licensed Architect or Certified Interior Designer status required
• Strong proficiency in Revit and programming knowledge
• Experience with sustainable design principles is a plus
