Groupe Dynamite is seeking an experienced Designer to enhance our lifestyle brand offerings. You will engage in trend analysis and product development, bringing creative concepts to life for our dynamic collections. With your solid foundation in technical sketches and a keen eye for style, you will help propel our omni-channel strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop styles for diverse collections based on lifestyle trends

• Participate in brainstorming sessions for innovative products

• Create best-in-class 3D samples to elevate lifestyle presentations

• Oversee the development calendar for timely collection rollouts

• Collaborate on style ideas while mastering C-41 and deliverables

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Fashion Design

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years in technical sketching

• Detail-oriented with strong self-motivation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Bilingual in French or English for effective communication
