An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters seeks an Associate Optometrist to work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.

As an Associate Doctor of Optometry in an independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor s office and provides high-quality optometric care. The terms of the agreement, practice model, pay, and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

• Provide high-quality optometric care and service to patients.
• Deliver full-scope optometric services predicated on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company-imposed restrictions or quotas).
• Operate within a fully furnished office with OD equipment; some offices use Clarifye digital eye examination technology.
• Utilize available imaging and pre-testing support, such as Optomap where offered, and coordinate with the office s scheduling and patient recall systems.
• Maintain professional autonomy within the practice model and established workflows.

Employee pay is determined by factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
