The CRM-Laval postdoctoral fellowship is awarded to a promising researcher who has recently obtained or expects to obtain a Ph.D. in mathematical sciences, including statistics. The fellowship offers an annual stipend of at least $43,500 CAD for one year, with possibility of renewal for a second year. This salary could be complemented by additional funds depending on the research team. Additional remuneration may be available for a scholarship holder who demonstrates the ability to provide excellent teaching in French, if the department has teaching needs to fill.

The CRM and Université Laval are committed to considering the diversity and the systemic and individual barriers to access (for example, related to ethnic origin, gender, disability) when selecting visiting researchers.
