In this senior role, you will lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of simulation sessions, focusing on quality improvement strategies. Your efforts will help develop critical nursing skills while mentoring faculty and staff in effective simulation pedagogy, ensuring compliance with established standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and evaluate high-fidelity instructional lab sessions
• Mentor staff in the simulation curriculum design
• Ensure effective documentation and assessment of simulations
• Manage procurement of lab materials and supplies
• Support simulation exercises and accreditation preparations
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Nursing required; doctorate preferred
• Active RN license required in teaching state
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience in nursing
• Supervisory experience blending education and simulation preferred
• Knowledge of simulation technology preferred
