Admissions Requirements:
Must be a resident of Canada. For some programs you need to be a female. Must be between 16 to 19 for some programs. For high school related programs check in with your counselor.

Final date to receive applications: Based on past trends ,around March and February

Highlight: Interested in participating in competitions and programs to gain new trade and technology skills? If so, the Skills Competences Canada Initiative focuses on providing students that reside in Canada with the opportunity to gain hands on experience intrade skills , like construction, IT, manufacturing and engineering, fashion and food services, transportation services, employment and workplace safety. Participants of this trade technology program can take part in competitions such as the World Skills International Competition and Territorial Competition as a way to gain more knowledge as well as make connections with professionals and peers in the same career field that the student is interested in.
