As a Molliteum Coach, you are part of a high‑performance coaching team

You will:

• Execute 1-on-1 sessions using our structured framework
• Train athletes to maintain focus, confidence, and composure under pressure
• Reinforce standards, habits, and accountability across a 12‑week system
• Track measurable improvements and report progress
• Represent the brand athletes trust when stakes are highest

This is precision work, not performance art
. Your fulfillment comes from executing the system, seeing results, and contributing to the team’s mission.

This role is for someone who:
