Violin Lessons Teacher

Long & McQuade is looking for a qualified Lessons Teacher to offer violin lessons at its on-site Lesson Centre in Laval, QC. Ideal candidates should hold a music degree or diploma, or possess Grade 8 RCM standing with Grade 2 Rudiments. Prior teaching experience is essential, alongside knowledge of standard teaching methods and curriculum for both private and group lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach violin lessons to students of varying ages

• Develop customized lesson plans based on student needs

• Employ effective teaching methods in class settings

• Conduct lessons in accordance with the curriculum standards

• Maintain a positive learning environment for students

Requirements:

• Music degree or diploma from recognized institution

• Minimum Grade 8 RCM standing with Grade 2 Rudiments

• Previous teaching experience required

• Proficient in standard lesson curriculum

• Availability during weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
