As a permanent Montessori Casa Lead Guide, you will support students in a safe and inclusive environment. This role requires you to organize Montessori materials, guide children in routine activities, and foster healthy parent communication regarding each child's growth. Collaborate with your colleagues to enrich the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom learning and activities for young learners

• Maintain a safe and nurturing learning space

• Guide daily routines and children’s care

• Oversee educational field trips and outdoor play

• Keep parents informed on their child’s progress

Requirements:

• Background in early childhood education

• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities

• First aid certification needed

• Current RCMP vulnerable sector check

• Up-to-date immunization records required
