The Process Engineer will develop and document standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process parameters to ensure consistent production and quality outcomes.

Additionally, the role involves participating in cost‑reduction initiatives, conducting time studies, and contributing to value stream mapping and Lean manufacturing efforts. The Process Engineer will also support root cause analysis and corrective actions related to production or quality issues.

Collaboration with other Cornerstone facilities is expected, along with occasional travel across Canada and the United States to support projects, share best practices, and align manufacturing standards.
