Position: Senior Robotics Process Technician Role

This position is integral to our global manufacturing operations specializing in high-pressure die casting. It demands 3-5 years of hands-on experience with robotic systems and requires expertise in Siemens S7. You will maintain and create PLC programs while providing essential support in troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all PLC and robot programs are backed up

• Maintain spare part inventories for robotics hardware

• Create and implement programming for new automation designs

• Assist team members with troubleshooting issues

• Support the generation of reports and continuous training

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years automation experience

• Expertise with Siemens S7 and ABB Robotics

• Familiarity with OHSA

• Solid analytical and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel for training purposes
